As a life long resident of the Capital Region and serving as a public servant for over 24 years Amy Morgan has developed extensive knowledge, compassion and love for her communities. Amy began selling homes throughout the Capital Region in 2010. After careful consideration, Amy chose to join the largest real estate franchise company in North America, Keller Williams. With over 800 offices and 110,000 associates around the world KW is committed to a better future for all. Amy has been chosen to sit on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in 2014, an honor that is only offered to select agents that produce in the top twenty percent of their Market Center.
Amy dedicates herself full-time, representing both sellers and buyers, specializing in residential resale and new construction. She prides her self by being at her client’s side to guide them through the complex process of a real estate transaction. Her goal is to not only make this experience a successful one, but an enjoyable one. She uses all available technologies and social media for maximum exposure to potential buyers, and keeping her clients informed every step of the way. Amy subscribes in carefully listening to her clients' needs and wants and to help them through the decision making process.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Capital District, Amy learned how to serve her communities at the highest level. She was employed over 14 years as a Police Officer for the Town of East Greenbush, and retired after 10 additional years of service as a Police Sergeant for the City of Albany. She is certified as a Training instructor, Mental Health and Stress Instructor. She was a volunteer firefighter, emergency medical tech and is currently a Critical Incident Peer Counselor for the Rensselaer County REST Team.
Amy’s Real Estate business has been steadily growing as she fosters new relationships with her clients, who are extending their trust in her abilities by their many referrals.
